What is your refund policy?
You are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase AND you have not received any game-day content through the Service. If you request a refund within 7 days but have already received content, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Refund requests are not eligible if more than 7 days have passed since purchase or you have received and consumed a substantial portion of the delivered content.
